The massive living room opens up to a huge outdoor deck with an attached 220ft residential pier. The pier offers a covered boathouse and plenty of seating for nightly sunsets and gatherings. Seven Private parking Spots w/ additional spots available if needed provide ample space to accommodate your party . The Top floor Penthouse is separate from this description and is currently not being rented .

The Massive living rooms features a pull out sofa and opens up to a huge deck with an attached 220 foot pier complete with a boat house and pavilion . Currently the top floor penthouse is not being rented and excluded from this description .
